Psychotherapy
Neurofeedback
Hi there! I'm Nolan, and I'm excited that you found me.
As a therapist, my mission is to provide you with the skills and support that will allow you to begin living the life you want to live. I am inspired by The Halycon Days, a Greek myth telling the story of love in the face of adversity, and the search for idyllic peace and safety, even in the harshest of winter storms. Therapy can be that safe place, when life feels stormy, and it may be the only time you are able to slow down and truly focus on yourself. I aim to honor you and your time in therapy, by allowing you to experience and reflect upon the thoughts and feelings you need to process most.
When we experience trauma, stress, loss, or other things that impact our mental health and destabilize us, it can feel like we are stuck in the weeds. Our time together is meant to help you find your way out of the weeds. However, if you are unable to make it out of the weeds right now, we will simply build a campground there, where you can feel as safe and comfortable as possible until things shift. Wherever your counseling journey takes you, we will walk together.

I will be interning at Hazel House through May of 2025, and I'd welcome a free, no-obligation phone call to see if we might be a good fit for one another.
I am a student intern working towards my Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in Human Development Counseling, with a dual specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I am a student member of the American School Counseling Association and I am currently being supervised by Vanderbilt faculty and Dr. Lindsay Vaughn, Psy.D., HSP, CSP.
